I am paying through an insurance company, is that okay?
I am HCPC and CSP registered so you are able to claim back the cost of your physiotherapy appointment with some insurance providers. However, I do not accept payment directly from the insurance company. You will have to pay the cost upfront then I will provide you with a receipt that your insurance company will reimburse you for.
I want to book a deep tissue massage but I don't want an assessment first, can I do this?
All new patients to the clinic must have an assessment prior to any treatment. This is to ensure you are having the correct treatment for your needs and the treatment is safe for you. All new patients requesting a massage must book the Initial Consultation booking option.
Do I need a referral from my GP to book?
No, you do not need a referral from a GP to book a physiotherapy appointment.
How quickly can I be booked in?
You can see all up to date availability through our online booking system. If you require a same day appointment please get in touch with Kathryn directly via email or mobile to see if this is possible on the day. In most cases Kathryn will be able to offer you an appointment for the same week.
